When your purchase anything from Lexington Overstock Warehouse either online or at our weekend sale, you can choose to pickup the item yourself or to use our local delivery service. If you choose delivery, we offer professional, local delivery service right to your home for a separate charge. When you make your purchase, your customer service representative will help you schedule your delivery date. Standard delivery within Fayette Co. / Lexington ranges from $69 to $199 depending on items purchased and includes set-up & trash removal. Additional charges apply for deliveries outside of Fayette Co, simply to cover extra time & fuel costs. Our primary delivery area is within 80 miles of the Lexington area – deliveries outside this area may be available and can be quoted. We normally deliver on Monday through Friday. On the day prior to delivery, the delivery company will call to confirm the delivery date as well as give an expected delivery time window. On the day of delivery, the delivery service will also call to confirm delivery when they are at least 15 minutes away from your residence. To reschedule a delivery, we only ask for a call at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a redelivery fee. Delivery date and times are first come, first served basis. Lexington Overstock Warehouse currently uses a third party service for all of our deliveries. The time/day of your delivery will be given by the delivery service. If your items need to be delivered on a specific date or time, assuming our delivery service can meet those needs, there will be an additional fee charged to you by the delivery service. Please note they cannot move or remove furniture currently in your home.


Any assembly of furniture items will be performed by the delivery service prior to or at the time of delivery for your convenience at no additional cost to you. Ask your sales representative for more information when setting up your delivery, or ask the delivery service when they call to the night before delivery to arrange a time.


Damage is rare, but it does occur occasionally. Contact your sales representative immediately. We ask that you please fill out our short and simple damage claim form on the Warranty Page as well. We will work quickly to replace your items if there is damage upon delivery. If the items were damaged upon delivery, Lexington Overstock Warehouse will assume the cost of redelivery. If your purchase does not fit when you get it home, contact your sales representative immediately. A representative will assist you in setting up an exchange (some exclusions may apply) or providing you a credit less any restocking fees (usually 15%-25%). Additional delivery charges will apply, so please measure before you buy.
